You can order as a guest or through account registration.

To register as a user, you must provide your data and fill in the required fields. For this registration you must read the conditions of the privacy policy and they are considered accepted once you proceed with the registration.

Once you have selected the products, you have to fill the mandatory fields and click on “Authorize payment”. 

You will then receive an email with all the details of the purchase order and the invoice; UTEI will proceed to analyze the purchase order and after checking all the requirements we will send you an email confirming the order or the denial of it.

We will prepare the order and send it, you will receive an email from the courier services when it is on its way, as well as a tracking number (you can have you package located at all times).

The final price of our products has 21% VAT Included, without the shipping amount (the customer is responsible: delivery and return shipping). 


1. Spain (Peninsula only)

Shipping is through the Packlink and Standard courier service; delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

The shipping cost is € 6.95 (VAT included) for the order equal to or less than € 150. For purchases over €151, the shipping cost is free.

2. Europe

Regarding the international shipments, the shipping is available for Europe:

Germany : 16,95€ (VAT included)

Belgium: 16,95€ (VAT included)

France: 16,95€ (VAT included)

UK: 16,95€ (VAT included)

Portugal: 9,95€ (VAT included) (exception of Madeira)

Netherlands: 16,95€ (VAT included)

Italy: 16,95€ (VAT included) (exception of Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily)

For shipments to a different destination (not on the list), the user must contact the following email: contact@utei.shop, in order to send a personalized shipping rate.

UTEI is not responsible for extra charges on orders (customs fees, added taxes or other extra fees).

Shipping times may be affected by sales periods, promotions, holidays, as well as acts of force majeure.

You can track your order on the courier website, with the shipping code provided that you will receive from the courier service once the package has been sent.

The delivery process is completed when you receive the product at the delivery address provided. We kindly ask you to review the shipping details to avoid delivery incidents.


1. Returns

Only those products that are in the same conditions as at the time they left our warehouse and within 14 calendar days after receiving them can be returned.

To make the return, you will have to request the return by clicking "return merchandise" from your user account.

Once requested on the website, you will have to fill in the form that comes with the purchase inside the box and send it together with the product (s) you wish to return.

* Please in order to remain sustainable, we ask that you use the same box in which you received the products.

Once in UTEI, we receive the products that you wish to return, we will proceed to the review and if the product / s meet the aforementioned requirements, we will send you an email to the address provided with our final comments.

In case of meeting all the necessary requirements for the return, the money will be returned, which will be made through the same method with which the payment of your order was made within an approximate period of 14 calendar days.

You are responsible for the costs of sending the package and you can do so through a courier service at the address provided. UTEI is not responsible for errors in filling in the data by you or the courier company, as well as any liability derived from you or the courier company hired by you. 2. Changes

UTEI does not have the exchange service through the website. If you want to make an exchange, you must follow the same procedure as for the return, except for filling in the box "change" instead of return on the form that is attached to your purchase.

To purchase the new product you want, you will have to follow the purchase procedure.

Under conditions other than those mentioned, UTEI will not accept returns and / or exchanges.

We are not responsible in the following cases:

-If the package is lost

-If the package arrives in different conditions than it was delivered by the store

-Customer´s choice: Due to the vintage garments, they may present damage, please read the description of each item carefully.
